Ram Charan is gearing up for the worldwide release of Peddi on June 4th. Speaking at a press meet director Buchi Babu Sana shared interesting details about the film and praised Charan’s dedication.
He revealed that the actor underwent a major physical transformation to play a rustic wrestler. During the shoot of a challenging action sequence, Charan suffered a serious eye injury and was left bleeding on set.
Buchi Babu said he was worried about Chiranjeevi’s reaction but the Megastar remained calm and even asked to see the video of the incident.
The director also revealed that Surekha became very much emotional after watching a key scene from the film.
Buchi Babu expressed much confidence that everyone will connect deeply with the story and said Ram Charan’s performance will leave a lasting impression.
