Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi is currently under production. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and the movie is a rural sports action drama featuring music by A.R. Rahman. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead.
The film’s first single, titled “Chikiri”, will be released soon and fans are curious about its meaning. To give fans clarity, Buchi Babu Sana and A.R. Rahman will unveil a special video tomorrow at 11:07 AM explaining the word and the song’s situation in the film.
This approach is similar to what Buchi Babu did for Uppena where he released a video with Devi Sri Prasad to explain Nee Kannu Neeli Samudram.
The full song will be launched during A.R. Rahman’s live concert in Hyderabad on November 8th. Peddi also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu and Divyenndu Sharma, and is produced by Vriddhi Cinemas.
