Bro Code Title Dispute Finally Settled

The legal issue over the title Bro Code has now been settled. The Madras High Court recorded a compromise between Ravi Mohan Studios and Delhi-based Indo Bevs Private Limited, a liquor company. After both sides reached an agreement, the case was officially withdrawn.

Earlier Indo Bevs claimed it owned the trademark for the name “Bro Code” and objected to the film using it. Ravi Mohan Studios then approached the court for help.

The High Court had given temporary relief to the filmmakers, stopping the company from interfering with the title.

Now with the dispute resolved the film team can continue without any problems. Directed by Karthik Yogi and starring S. J. Suryah and Arjun Ashokan, the movie is getting ready for release.
