In July 2021, the Mumbai police arrested noted Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra in a pornography case. Since then, Raj Kundra is in police custody.
Later, the cops even conducted a raid at Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s residence in Juhu and grilled the actress about her involvement in the pron production from her husband’s production company ‘Viaan Industries. The Mumbai police back then seized a few gadgets and electronic devices of Raj Kundra. News also came out that the cops will be closely monitoring Shilpa Shetty’s bank transactions.
Now, the latest reports suggest that the Maharashtra Cyber Police has filed a charge sheet against Raj Kundra for shooting obscene videos in two Deluxe Hotels. The entire report is already submitted before the Mumbai high court. Along with Raj Kundra, Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey, producer Meeta Jhunjhunwala, and cameraman Raju Dubey, names are also included in the charge sheet, say Mumbai sources.
For financial gains, the four of the above people circulated obscene content on several OTT channels, say reports. The final verdict for Raj Kundra’s pornography case is likely to be out soon.
