SSMB28, the much-awaited project in the combination of Superstar Mahesh and director Trivikram went on the floors in mid-January. As per the sources, the film’s shooting kick-started with a heavy-duty action sequence at Sarathi Studios under the supervision of the reputed fight master duo Ram-Laxman.
We had already reported that Pooja Hegde is roped in as the female lead in the film. Dhamaka beauty Sree Leela will be seen as the second heroine. Meanwhile, the latest reports suggest that Bollywood actress Bhumi Padnekar is roped as the third heroine in the film. An official announcement regarding the same is likely to be out soon.
A couple of weeks back news came out that Trivikram has canned a few love scenes between the lead pair at Hi-tech City Yashoda Hospitals. The fresh schedule for the film will kick-start this week at a specially erected house set on the outskirts of the city. Sources reveal that the makers are spending a whopping Rs 10 crore on the lavish house set.
If everything goes smoothly, the film will hit the screens in August this year. Co-starring Jagapathi Babu in the antagonist role, SSMB28 also has Ramya Krishnan in a key role, SSMB28 is being bankrolled by the Haarika&Haasini Creations banner. This prestigious project has its music by Thaman.
