Telangana state Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao became more popular than any other political leader in the last decade. His efforts to win a separate state for back ward regions of Telangana to uplift their status started back in 2001 with him starting political party Telangana Rastra Samithi after coming out of Telugu Desam Party.Initially, he was highly discouraged but in a planned manner he grew the agitation into a movement and put his life on risk for the state formation. Then in power, Congress had to take a decisive decision on dividing then Andhra Pradesh into two or three states. Finally, due to his life risk agitation, central government passed the separation bill in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha even though the other regions strongly opposed the separation.
This success story of the political leader has attracted many filmmakers but no one wanted to make a movie has it could have many political complications and opinions. Finally, Madhura Sreedhar announced that he will direct the sensitive film with utmost respect to the persons involved. After his announcement, even Ram Gopal Verma announced that he will research further about the story and will bring out the truth behind what makes a man like KCR a strong leader in his film.
Madhura Sreedhar film will be produced by Pelli Choopulu producer, Raj Kandukuri and it will release by Feb 2018. Madhura Sreedhar promised that the film will change the views of people who see KCR has a separatist, opportunist and regional fanatic. Let’s see what will the two makers dish out as RGV is not one to back out once he is decided.
