Rahul Sipligunj has been having a memorable year until yesterday. Last year, the musician was crowned as the winner of the third season of Bigg Boss Telugu. The third season, which was hosted by Nagarjuna, was a hit as it drew a lot of attention from the audience. However, Rahul is now mired in controversy. On March 4, Rahul and his friends headed to a local pub at Gachibowli in Hyderabad. A group of unknown members had tried to misbehave with one of his female friends. When Rahul resisted and blocked them, it turned into an ugly fight between him and the group.
Reportedly, he was attacked with beer bottles by the unknown group. The break started at around 11:45 PM last night and the police officials have registered a case. They are now investigating the matter to find out the people involved in the pub brawl. Reports suggest that the group had smashed beer bottles on Rahul’s head. The musician was rushed to the hospital where the doctors said that he has minor injuries from the incident. It is said that the members who had attacked Rahul have close connections with a local MLA.
