Even though recent films ended as flops many young and talented directors are still keen to work with Ravi Teja. To support new projects, the actor has reduced his remuneration and agreed to work on a profit-sharing basis.
He is currently shooting for Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi which is planned for a Sankranthi 2026 release. Ravi Teja has also recently started shooting for a film directed by Shiva Nirvana aiming for a summer 2026 release.
Meanwhile director Vassishta is busy with Chiranjeevi’s Vishambara which is also set to release in summer 2026. Earlier this year, Vassishta narrated a story idea to Ravi Teja who asked for a full narration.
The complete script was recently narrated and Ravi Teja has given his approval. The film is expected to go on floors in the second half of 2026.
At present a couple of producers are competing to back the project and an official announcement is expected early next year.
