Big Update on Captain Miller

Dhanush’s Captain Miller star maker has announced the release and trailer update and released new posters for the film’s trailer.

Dhanush’s upcoming Captain Miller starring Arun Matheswaran is one of the most talked about films in Tamil cinema. Now, the makers have announced a major update which includes new posters for the movie trailer. Without revealing her full look, the creator shared a poster of her back and shared her first look and tease details.

According to the makers, the first poster of Captain Miller will be released in June. Then, in July, the trailer will also be released. However, they haven’t mentioned the release date yet. The trailer is expected to be released on July 23, Dhanush’s birthday. The National Award-winning actor shared the poster on Twitter, writing, “Killer, Killer.”

The new poster shows the actor in khaki pants and a white jacket over a red cape, holding a gun in his right hand, surrounded by dead people. In the poster, he sports a new look with a manly bun and scruffy beard. However, her appearance was kept secret, but she was never seen.

With the backdrop of 1930s India, Captain Miller will add elements of dark humor. Kannada-speaking Shiva Rajkumar and Telugu actor Sundeep Kishan play prominent roles in the film. Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine. John Cocken and Nivetha Satish will star in supporting roles. The film is co-financed by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan and directed by G. Saravanan and Sai Siddhartha. The artistic team includes GV Prakash as the music director. Shreyas Krishna is the cinematographer and Nagauran is the editor of the film.

Dhanush announced a sequel starring Maari Selvaraj, after the cult classic Karnan. The film will be another unique role for Dhanush from a socially relevant and class conscious filmmaker. He is also gearing up for the second part of his most awaited sequel Vada Chennai starring filmmaker Vetrimaaran. Filming is expected to begin later this year
