Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao is not just a name but a legendary address for many politicians and aspirational position for many actors. One of the greatest actors of all-time in Telugu and probably Indian Cinema, NTR, gave a generation an hope to achieve stardom in Films and then for politicians, he also laid an alternative road to get close to the voters. Later, even YSR used the same technique in his own way to become a popular leader.
Making a movie about such a person, whose family are still in prominent positions in film industry and political side, is a big risk. You never know which detail of his life, will hurt whom. So, his son Nandamuri Balakrishna himself took the onus of making the movie and Krish, is directing the film. Right now, the shoot is happening at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Naresh, Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma and NBK are participating in the shoot.
With them, several other big stars are also expected to join the shoot. In the character of ANR, Sumanth is expected to be seen and in the character of Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Rana is expected to be seen and Rakul Preet Singh also got a good role it seems. Vidya Balan has already accepted to play Basavatarakamma, wife of NTR in the movie. The shooting will continue till November first week and by Sankranthi movie will hit the theatres.
