Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film Dare Devil is creating buzz with reports of a casting change. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran while the action entertainer is reportedly set to feature Unni Mukundan in an important role.
Reports suggest that Unni may replace Mohanlal, who was earlier linked to the project though there is no official confirmation yet.
If confirmed, this will mark the first time Ajith and Unni share the screen. Kannada stars Kichcha Sudeep and Upendra are also reportedly being approached for key roles.
The film is expected to begin shooting in November 2026 and release in 2027.
Shalini Ajithkumar is reportedly producing the project while Anirudh will compose the music. Kayadu Lohar is also being considered as the female lead.
