Big Buzz: Mega Hero to Join ‘Kannappa’?

The latest buzz in the Telugu film industry circles surrounds the eagerly anticipated film “Kannappa,” spearheaded by Manchu Vishnu. The movie has been gaining immense attention, primarily due to its star-studded cast and ambitious production. Initially, the confirmed lineup included powerhouse actors like Prabhas, Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, Sarath Kumar, and Mohan Babu himself.

However, recent reports suggest that the team is eyeing Megastar Chiranjeevi for a pivotal role in the film. There is no doubt about Chiranjeevi and Mohan Babu’s friendship, and Chiranjeevi is always willing to lend a helping hand when Mohan Babu needs it for one of his movies.

Given their friendship, the possibility of Chiranjeevi joining “Kannappa” seems plausible, although an official announcement is awaited. Under the production banners of Ava Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory, Manchu Vishnu is not only playing the titular role but also serves as the scriptwriter.

The film boasts an impressive team with renowned writers contributing to the story development and prominent technicians such as music composer Mani Sharma, cinematographer Sheldon Chau, and editor Anthony Gonsalvez. The casting choices, notably Prabhas as Lord Shiva and Nayanthara as Goddess Parvati, have heightened the anticipation surrounding “Kannappa,” elevating it to a pan-Indian level of intrigue and interest among audiences.
