Now, Annapurna Studios, owned by Akkineni Nagarjuna, has launched India’s most advanced Motion Capture facility, A&M MoCap Lab.
It was set up in partnership with Shobu Yarlagadda’s Mihira Visual Labs and Animatrik Film Design. The lab was inaugurated by director S. S. Rajamouli.
Rajamouli shared that key scenes from his upcoming film Varanasi starring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra were shot using this technology with fantastic results.
