Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much anticipated film “Bhola Shankar” is set to hit screens worldwide in just 10 days, generating a buzz with its aggressive promotional campaign. Inside sources suggest that the film’s theatrical business is estimated to reach a substantial 90 Crores.
The makers have planned to release the movie independently in some territories while selling the rights to other parties in others. The internal business for Ceded stands at 13 Crores, while Andhra’s business is at 37 Crores, totalling 50 Crores for Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, Nizam’s valuation is approximately 25 Crores, and the ROI+ Overseas is set at around 15 Crores, contributing to the total theatrical business of 90 Crores.
Despite initial doubts due to the film’s regular commercial content and director Meher Ramesh’s track record of continuous failures, the movie’s advance bookings in the USA have surprisingly opened on a positive note. The strong brand value of Megastar Chiranjeevi and the promotional content, hinting at a pure commercial entertainer, have worked wonders for the film’s prospects in the USA.
“Bhola Shankar” boasts an ensemble cast including Sushant, Raghu Babu, Murali Sharma, Ravi Shankar, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, Sri Mukhi, and Rashmi Gautam, with production handled by Ramabrahmam Sunkara from AK Entertainments. Fans can catch this mass action entertainer in theaters on August 11, 2023.
