Young actor Nithiin scored a good hit in the form of Bheeshma last year, after a string of flops. The film was directed by Venky Kudumula, and Rashmika Mandanna was the leading lady of the film. Bheeshma turned out to be a blockbuster success, thanks to the fun and action that the film provided the audiences with.
Nithiin is currently busy with Maestro, the remake of the Hindi film Andhadhun, and this film expected to get a direct OTT release very soon. Merlapaka Gandhi is the director of this film, while Nabha Natesh is the leading lady of the film, and Tamannaah plays a negative role. After this film, Nithiin is expected to start shooting for his film with writer-director Vakkantham Vamsi.
According to the latest reports, Vakkantham Vamsi is said to be considering roping in Rashmika as the leading lady of the film. Rashmika is currently busy with several projects in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Vamsi is said to have narrated the story to her recently, and sources say that Rashmika liked it, and agreed to sign on the dotted line as well. If Rashmika signs the project, then it would be the second film for Nithiin and Rashmika.
