Bellamkonda Sreenivas has been booked by the police for allegedly violating traffic rules and behaving rudely with a constable.
The incident took place near Journalists Colony when Sreenivas reportedly tried to take the wrong route instead of making a proper U-turn as per traffic norms.
Traffic constable Naresh, who was on duty, stopped the vehicle and advised the actor to follow the correct route. However, Sreenivas allegedly insisted on continuing through the wrong way.
The constable blocked the car and firmly asked him to make a U-turn. The actor eventually left the spot, but the constable later filed a complaint. Based on this, a case was registered under relevant sections of the Motor Vehicle Act and BNS.
A video of the constable stopping the actor’s vehicle is now going viral on social media. Meanwhile, Bellamkonda has completed filming Bhairavam, which is set to release on May 30th.
