BBM2 on the cards?

It is widely known that the 2015 release, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy starring Nani in the lead role went on to become a blockbuster success at the box office. Directed by Maruthi, this fun-coated family drama is one of the best films in Nani’s career.

Meanwhile, in a recent YouTube interview, Maruthi himself revealed that he is planning a sequel to BBM. He also said that the sequel will be in an action tone. If the project materializes soon it will be an advantage for both Nani and Maruthi considering their lean phase.

Currently, Nani is shooting for Dasara, a rustiic period drama under the direction of Srikanth Odela. On the other hand, Maruthi after delivering a flop like Pakka Commerical is waiting for a call from Prabhas for his next.
