It is been reported that senior hero Nagarjuna is gearing up to kick-start his long-delayed project, Bangarraju soon after the Covid situation returns to normalcy. The film is said to be a spinoff to Nag’s character in his 2016 blockbuster family drama, Soggade Chinni Nayana.
During Wild Dog promotions, Nag himself revealed that the film’s director Kalyan Krishna has already wrapped up the script work formalities and waiting for the right time to take the movie on the sets. Now, the fresh news is that Bangarraju will majorly focus on the romantic side of Bangarraju and chemistry with his pair ( role played by Ramya Krishna) during their young days.
Buzz is also that Lavanya Tripathi, who did one of the female leads in Soggade Chinni Nayana may not get a chance to act in the prequel version. While Nag’s elder son Naga Chaitanya will be doing a key role, Anup Rubens, who composed super hit tracks for SCN will be scoring music for Bangarraju also.
