Producer Bandla Ganesh has suffered a legal setback after the Telangana High Court ruled in favor of Union Bank of India in a property auction case.
The bank had auctioned his Jubilee Hills property for Rs. 8.50 crore after loans taken in the name of Sri Parameshwara Poultry Farm Private Limited reportedly went into default.
Earlier the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) had ruled in Bandla Ganesh’s favor and granted him relief.
However the bank challenged that order in the High Court. After hearing both sides the Telangana High Court upheld the bank’s decision and declared the auction valid.
This judgment comes just days after Bandla announced his return to film production with a new banner. However he is yet to reveal details about his next film.
