Balayya’s Akhanda to be shot at various places in Rayalaseema

The shooting for Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Seenu’s upcoming film, Akhanda was stalled in the month of April due to widespread Corona second wave cases across twin Telugu states. Meanwhile, a couple of days back, news came out that the film’s shooting will resume in the first week of July.

Now, the latest we hear is that Akhanda’s key schedule will kick-start soon in various places like Gandikota, Kadapa and Chittoor in the Rayalaseema region. Already Boyapati Seenu and his team visited a few areas and finalized for the film’s shooting, confirm sources.

Alongside Balakrishna, Akhanda also stars Pragya Jaiswal, Poorna, Srikanth among others in key roles. Miryala Ravinder Reddy is bankrolling the film and has its music composed by Thaman. The film is aiming for an August release.
