Nandamuri Balakrishna recently scored the biggest hit of his career, in the form of Akhanda, which was a resounding box office success, with the audiences loving the film. Director Boyapati Srinu showcased Balakrishna as a demigod in the film, and now it looks like Balakrishna might play God himself.
Of course, the actor was previously seen as Lord Rama and Lord Krishna, but never as a modern-day God, on the line of what Pawan Kalyan did in Gopala Gopala. It is now being said that Balakrishna has been approached for a similar role, and the actor is yet to take a call on it. It is also being said that Venkatesh has also been approached for the same role, and if Balayya says no, then Venkatesh might step into those shoes.
The details of what this film is, and who are the cast and crew haven’t been revealed yet, but it is being stated that the film would be on the lines of the famous Hollywood film, Bruce Almighty. It is now to be seen who will be the next modern day God in Telugu, after Pawan Kalyan.
