We had already reported that James Cameron’s cinematic creation breached Rs 23.35 crore share during the first weekend itself and emerged as a solidly profitable venture for all parties involved in twin Telugu states. As per our sources, the pre-release business for Avatar 2 for the entire Andhra, Rayalaseema and Nizam is done for just Rs 5 crore. In most areas, the film was released on a rental basis. The break-even target for Avatar 2 for twin Telugu states is valued at Rs 5.25 crore. The film emerged as a blockbuster by the end of its first weekend. The 8-day collections of Avatar 2 indicate that the film is going to end up as the biggest blockbuster in Telugu.
