Ilayathalapathy Vijay has been one of those Tamil actors who had been constantly looking at Telugu films, to remake or try to explore the market by knowing the trends. Well, his films courtesy Shankar and Muragadoss have become hits in Telugu as well and he became an actor who has a recognition in Telugu households too. May be not on par with Vikram and Suriya but he does have a fan following for himself. Atlee, the director also made a name for himself in Telugu too with his movies Raja Rani and Police. The second one was with Vijay and the movie has a decent viewership in Telugu while it is a blockbuster in Tamil. But Vijay had a setback with his Pongal release, Bairavaa has it failed to generate any enthusiasm among his fans as well after an initial. With a flop, Vijay has taken further care for his next film with Atlee and this time no technician and cast for the film are any novices or upcoming talent.
AR Rahman accepted to compose the music for the movie. Jyothika, Samantha and Kajal Aggarwal are acting as leading ladies. Vijay might be coming with a possible dual role for the movie. Satyaraj, SJ Suriya, Vadivelu, Kovali Sarala are part of the cast too. Anthony Ruben is the editor and GK Vishnu will handle camera. Such a dream team for this movie ensures that Vijay can gladly comeback from his disappointing outing and deliver another big film. The film is planned for a Telugu release and tentively, producers are looking for a Christmas or Pongal release.
