Ashwin Gangaraju’s Aakashavaani to have a theatrical release, but

It is already reported that a small film titled, Aakashavaani is going to skip its theatrical release and opt for a direct OTT streaming soon. As per the reports, the film’s digital rights are acquired by noted OTT platform SonyLIV and gearing up to premiere Aakashavaani soon.

Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our sources is that the makers are planning for the digital release in India and go for a theatrical release in overseas for the film simultaneous. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out soon.

Being directed by Rajamouli’s assistant Ashwin Gangaraju’s, Aakashavaani has Kollywood actor Samuthirakani and Teja Kakumanu in crucial roles. After Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya walked out of the project, a person named A Padmanabha Reddy took over the responsibilities and bankrolled the movie.
