Arjun Reddy, is getting ready for a release this Friday for Vinayaka Chavithi and the team seems to extremely confident about the movie. The director of the movie, Sandeep Reddy Vanga compared the movie with a Drug and said that his movie will be one of the most memorable cult classics and create a radiolucent image in the viewers brain to never let them forget the feel of the movie. He also said, “ This movie is not for kids. It is for adults only. Yes, for the adults who are matured enough to understand the emotions. This is more an emotional drama and once you enter the theatre you will captivated by the emotions and performances, so I would say this is for family audience but who are matured enough.”
He revealed that Sharwanand should have been the hero of the movie but it went to Vijay Devarakonda has the talks did not materialise and also Sharwa was too busy back then. Swapna Dutt referred Vijay to the director and the actor appeared to be highly confident about the movie. His speech became highlight of the evening and here is what he said. Actor Vijay Devarakonda said, ” During trailer release event, I made a bet that my film will be a blockbuster and many advised me be humble. I say to all of them, I’m sorry I apologise to no one and I F**cking do not care about you. If an actor cannot be sure about his movie and confident then what he is? There will be a day, when I am not sure but that is not today. Even though movie is 3 hours long you won’t feel the runtime.
” So once again I say to you all my friends, F**K humility, Be Confident. I’m just an actor you’re the future, you’re the engineers, doctors and politicians and if you don’t be confident and say out loud what you’re capable off what will you be then? Don’t heed to the advice of those older times and try to be confident in life. ” Also, Censor Board muted me uttering a word in the movie, but you all 18+ those who watch the movie, promise me that you will say that word out loud for me in theatres. It is common word that we use when we are angered that someone is misbehaving with women in our society and it’s a shame that censor board was unable to understand that. So they can mute me not you.. do this for me and for film’s sake when you watch Arjun Reddy!” The movie is releasing on 25th of August!
