The movie made on a small budget with an upcoming actor like Vijay Devarakonda and all new cast and crew, got huge craze with the unconventional promotions and also high octane energetic teaser and trailer. The movie promised a good intense love story through the character study of Arjun Reddy and it achieved that very well. The movie seems to have struck a chord with the youth in Telugu states and Overseas as well. Being Vinayaka Chavithi holiday and the weekend to follow has helped the movie too.
