It is well-known that a couple of weeks ago, challenging the ticket pricing GO brought by the Andhra Pradesh state government, a few theatre owners and distributors filed a petition in the state high court.
Meanwhile, this morning, the case was brought before the division bench for hearing but as the state government has asked more time to file an affidavit, the hearing to pushed to February 10th. Will the division bench gives a final verdict on the ticket GO on February 10th at least? Remains to be seen.
So it is clear that till February 10th the ticket pricing GO which is being implemented in the state will be the same for Sankranthi releases also.
