AP CM Jagan meets TFI celebrity representatives

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy met with Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Suresh Babu, SS Rajamouli, Dil Raju at his CM office in Amravathi, Andhra Pradesh on 9th June. He talked at length about the Film and Television Industry problems due to Covid-19. He promised to waive off current and rent bills through municipality on the theaters that haven’t been open for months. He promised them that their government will arrive at a decision on flexible ticket rates for all films.

He also said that the lands will be allotted for Studio construction in Vizag and even plots for building homes will be allotted for people who want to settle down in the city making it filmmaking hub in AP, like Hyderabad in Telangana. He said that the Government will give permission to start shootings from 15th June with several restrictions. He gave his word to give them full support in establishing movie making industry in the state.
