Anushka’s Bold Transformation In Ghaati

Anushka Shetty is back with her new film, “Ghaati”, a rural crime drama. On her birthday which is today, the makers released a powerful first-look poster in the morning, followed by an intense teaser video in the afternoon.

The glimpse video shows a forbidden village where villagers face severe oppression and exploitation. Anushka appears in a new tribal woman look, where she is seen slitting a man’s throat with a sickle and smoking from a chillum.

Ghaati

She reportedly plays a weed trader in “Ghaati”. The caption, “A story of a woman who is a victim, a criminal, and a legend,” hints at an intriguing storyline.

The film is packed with impressive visuals by cinematographer Manojh, a strong background score by Vidya Sagar, and remarkable sets designed by legendary art director Thota Tharrani, promising a grand cinematic experience.

Written and directed by Krish, “Ghaati” is produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi in association with UV Creations.
