Ashok the director of the movie placed his bets cleverly more on the visuals and the screenplay so that he can please the audience with twists and turns that make the thriller a must watch for the holiday weekend.

The film took a huge opening on par with many star heroes and it collected a massive share of 5 crores on the first day itself in the two Telugu states.
