Anushka Shetty’s Bhaagamathie took a massive opening on Republic Day and with the positive critical response and word of mouth, the movie is going to put up some massive numbers for the first weekend in Telugu States. The team of Bhaagamathie is promoting the film to make it even bigger hit and the actress in one of her interviews revealed about why she is not taking up any new projects.
The actress said, ” I know my fans think that I am doing a film on par with or similar to Arundhati, whenever they see me in sarees and heavy armour with jewellery. But Bhaagamathie is entirely different from the earlier movie. I am glad that people are finding that difference and this is not any way complex like some people make it sound. It is a simple story told in an interesting way with twists and turns.”
As per her new films, she said, ” I am still recovering from few injuries and it took many days to complete Bhaagamathie. I am trying to reduce my weight also. This all takes some more time and once, I get a subject that interests me, I will do that film. I heard few stories, recently, but none of them excited me.” The actress had a major surgery on her left leg last year and she needs few more weeks to attain full fitness to concentrate on her weight loss.
