A few weeks ago, reports made rounds that the actress is dating an Indian cricketer. However, the actress brushed them as rumours and added that she has left the choice of the groom to her parents. She further added, “It will be an arranged marriage for me, for sure.”
Recently, it was reported that she has been dating filmmaker Prakash Kovelamudi, who has worked with her in Size Zero. Prakash and Kanika Dhillon had separated recently and they both worked in Kangana Ranaut’s Judgematal Hai Kya film. Reports suggested that Anushka and Prakash will get married by the end of this year in a private ceremony. During the promotions of her upcoming film Nishabdham, she finally broke her silence. “I don’t know where these rumours come from. People who know who I am. I am not someone who bothers about gossips. But, these rumours affect my family,” she said. Her upcoming film Nishabdham, directed by Hemant Madhurkar will release in five languages on April 2.
