Anushka Shetty is jokingly called as Hero by Prabhas in his interviews for Baahubali-2, when the questions were about her. He said aptly that like many heroes who take risks for one film, Anushka too dedicates all her energies for a film and does give her best to the film to bring out the best possible output under Director’s supervision. Even SS Rajamouli always praised her high and said that her commitment can never be undermined for any film.
The actress spent six months shooting for the film, Bhaagamathie, where she is the lead and now, she even worked as a petrol bunk employee to promote her film. The actress has been busy going around the town to ensure that amidst the new release her Bhaagamathie will also stand afloat and get much needed attention from public.
Well, her efforts have worked like magic for the film. The movie became a good hit and raked in more than 22 crores share Worldwide already. In the second weekend, in USA, the movie crossed one Million mark and became the first actress oriented movie to do so. This is the first horror-thriller to do so too. It crossed the lifetime gross of Rudramadevi, her previous best film, starring her as the titular character. This is a major achievement for her and Bhaagamathie team too.
