Anushka Promises To Return With More Stories

Anushka Shetty faced disappointment with her recent film Ghaati, directed by Krish. The movie was expected to mark her strong comeback but failed at the box office and also brought criticism for both the film and Anushka.

She promoted the film digitally through telephonic interviews but did not attend major promotions.

After the release Sweety decided to take a break from social media. On Instagram she shared that she wanted to step away from screens, reconnect with the world and focus on life beyond scrolling.

Though some felt she avoided promotions due to the film’s result, Anushka clarified that she never takes online criticism too seriously. She also promised fans that she would return with more love and stories.

Currently, Anushka hasn’t signed a new Telugu film, but she will next be seen in Kathanar: The Wild Sorcerer.
