Anushka begins shooting for Sye Raa

After approaching all the A-list actresses, which include divas of Bollywood too, the makers of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy have roped in actress Anushka Shetty to play a crucial role in the film. To say yes to this period drama, this senior actress has taken sometime and has given a nod and signed the dotted line. As per the reports, she also underwent a screen test recently.

Convinced with her looks, the makers have started shooting with this beautiful actress. She has joined Chiranjeevi and team of Sye Raa and has given her first shot at Annapurna 7 Acres.

It is said that she to be seen in the narrator’s role which introduces the character of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and will also appear before the fiery interval episode. However, an official confirmation from the production house is still awaited. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film is being produced by Ram Charan Tej under Konidela Production Company, and is expected to release during Dasara.
