For quite some time, it’s been known that young rebel star Prabhas is all set to do a film under Maruthi’s direction. While there were several speculations in between about the film being called off, Maruthi recently revealed that the film would be officially launched on April 10th, at Ramanaidu Studios.
There have been reports that Raja Deluxe is the title under consideration for the film, and there are also reports that the director is planning to come up with a better title that would appeal to the pan-Indian audience. It is also already known that there would be 5 actresses in this comedy, and there were reports that Malavika Mohanan would make her Telugu debut with the film.
It is now being said that Maurthi is considering roping in Anushka Shetty as the leading lady of the film and that it was Prabhas who suggested the name to the director. Given that Prabhas and Anushka have the tag of being the best onscreen couple in Tollywood, it would be amazing to see these two pair up after the Baahuabli series. Also, if this turns out to be true, then this would mark Anushka’s comeback to mainstream films after a long time. However, it is to be seen if the actress would be able to lose weight in time to be able to be a part of the project.
