Film director Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah Kashyap got married to her longtime beau Shane Gregoire on December 11. The dreamy wedding was attended by the lovebirds’ close friends and family. Soon after exchanging the vows, the young couple took to social media to share stunning pictures from their special day.
In a joint Instagram post, the newlyweds shared their first official wedding pictures as man and wife. The first photo captures the couple sharing a passionate kiss. In the second pic, Aaliyah can be seen walking toward the mandap, accompanied by her bridesmaids—including actor Khushi Kapoor—under the phoolon ki chadar. The third snap shows Shane Gregoire with teary eyes as he watches his bride walk down the aisle.
The last pic featured the couple smiling at each other during a wedding ritual. Aaliyah wore a breathtaking embroidered light pink lehenga with traditional wedding jewelry, leaving her hair open while Shane complemented her with a cream traditional sherwani and a turban. Captioning the post, they wrote: “Now and forever.”
Earlier, the couple had shared some of their adorable photos from pre-wedding festivities, including mehendi, haldi, and sangeet ceremonies. Aaliyah’s mehendi design notably featured her pet dogs, Cosmo and Kai.
For those unaware, Anurag Kashyap’s daughter is a social media influencer who creates content for various brands on her YouTube channel. Aaliyah and Shane met on a dating app and have been together for a long time. They got engaged last year in Mumbai, and as per reports, Shane had proposed to Aaliyah in Bali.
