Anurag Kashyap, the director, expresses how Abhishek Bachchan transformed into a completely different person from Yuva to Manmarziyaa.

Yuva and Manmarziyaa was directed by Anurag Kashyap and starred Abhishek Bachchan. The actor’s evolution is shown by the director. Since the release of his most recent film, Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat, the director has been in the news frequently. He has already expressed his opinions regarding the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and actor Abhay Deol, and now the filmmaker has shared his experience working with Abhishek Bachchan.

Anurag Kashyap worked as a dialogue writer on Mani Ratnam’s Yuva in 2004, which starred Abhishek Bachchan. According to a recent interview with the director, Abhishek was brattish in the beginning of his career but has now changed. Later, when Anurag Kashyap was the director for Manmarziyan, he encountered a completely different person.

In an interview , Anurag Kashyap mentioned working with Abhishek Bachchan as a dialogue writer for the first time while his brother served as an AD on the same movie. The director praised the actor’s work ethic and said that, in the beginning, he was a brat who made fun of everything. The Abhishek he worked with on Manmarziyaan was a very different person from the actor he met during Yuva, according to him, who didn’t take things seriously but acknowledged that individuals change as time goes on.

Anurag Kashyap rang Abhay Deol earlier to apologise for their argument. After learning of Sushant Singh Rajput’s unexpected death, he realised and phoned the actor. The late actor reportedly requested work from the director, but three weeks later he passed away. Kashyap admitted that he still feels bad about it and that it prompted him to apologise to Abhay Deol for their disagreement following the release of their movie Dev D.

The most recent movie by Anurag Kashyap, Almost Pyaar, starring DJ Mohabaat, is currently playing in theatres. Alaya F plays the lead in the movie, and Vicky Kaushal reprises his Manmarziyaa role. On February 3rd 2023, the movie Almost Pyaar starring DJ Mohabaat was released in theatres.
