Anupama has opened up about the emotional abuse she says she faced in a past relationship.
In a interview she said her former boyfriend made her feel much ashamed of being a woman her career and even her periods.
She revealed that whenever she questioned his actions he would dismiss her concerns by saying she was PMSing. Over time this affected her pure confidence and made her feel like she was losing herself.
Anupama also said she once dreamed of having a big family and many children but she no longer feels the same. She has not named her former partner.
Her comments have led to social media speculation about actor Dhruv Vikram but Anupama has never identified him as the person she was referring to.
