Anupama Breaks Silence On Difficult Relationship

Anupama Parameswaran has opened up about her recent breakup and the much difficult phase she faced in the relationship.

In a recent interview she said she spent nearly two long years in a relationship that involved emotional abuse and affected her personal and professional life.

She revealed that engagement talks began just a few months after the relationship started but she later began feeling much anxious and uncomfortable for sure.

Anupama said she was questioned about her clothes, photos, songs and social media posts, which made her feel that her choices were being controlled. She compared her former partner’s changing behaviour to the character Anniyan.

She eventually decided to walk away realising that marriage could lead to a similar situation for sure. She is now focusing on healing, rebuilding her confidence and finding peace.
