After celebrating her 75th birthday recently, Hema Malini’s actor Anupam Kher recalled seeing the Dream Girl’s filming when he was 24.
The majority of Bollywood attended Hema Malini’s 75th birthday celebration in person to give the Dream Girl personal birthday wishes. Anupam Kher, who was present at the celebration, subsequently related a story of how, as a little lad, he saw Hema Ji perform!
Recalling the legendary singer’s and Lok Sabha member’s 75th birthday celebration on Monday night, he claimed it was one of his best nights ever. The well-known actor shared his own enthusiasm at being there while posting pictures and videos from the celebration on Instagram.
Captioning the post, he wrote: “Hema Malini ji is undoubtedly the most graceful and dignified lady in the Indian film Industry. I was in college when I first saw her shooting for #Kudrat film. I was 24 then. After getting into films, I was lucky to have worked with her in some movies.”
He added: “Yesterday was her 75th birthday. She hosted a party. It was one of the most enjoyable evenings. Full of music, fun, and nostalgia. And even after so many years #HemaJi has the same grace, dignity, magic, and inner beauty! May God give her a long, happy and healthy life. Hema ji ki jai ho!”
Hema Malini is seen in the video performing on stage while being observed by a number of famous people. She is dressed in a stunning silver saree. Kher, Jackie Shroff, Udit Narayan, and Dharmendra were among them.
The actress was dancing to the famous song from “Kudrat,” “Tune O Rangeele,” performed by the late Lata Mangeshkar, while she was on stage. She was even singing some of the song.
In addition, Kher has future roles in the films “Tiger Nageswara Rao,” “Ghost,” and “The Signature.”
