A rare, but interesting combination took place on the big screen, way back in 2000, when Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja was seen as Megastar Chiranjeevi’s brother, in the film Annayya. The film was a box office success and is widely watched even today. Annayya was the story of three brothers and featured actor Venkat as Chiranjeevi’s other brother.
According to the latest reports, Ravi Teja is all set to share screen space with Chiru on the big screen, after 22 years, in his upcoming film Waltair Veerraju, which is being directed by Bobby. Bobby made his directorial debut with Ravi Teja’s Power, and it is being said that it was he who requested Ravi Teja to be a part of the film and play a key role. The official announcement of the same and Ravi Teja’s character name from the film is expected to be announced on his birthday.
Ravi Teja got his major breakthrough as a lead actor with Puri Jagannath’s Idiot, in 2002, prior to which he was mostly seen in supporting roles, and in a few lead roles. On the other hand, Ravi Teja is currently busy with Khiladi, and several other projects.
