After the huge success of KGF, Yash took nearly two years to begin his next film. He is now working on Toxic, an action drama that has already been delayed for over a year.
The movie was initially planned for a summer release this year but is now postponed to next year. The shoot is currently happening in Mumbai.
The team was looking for a suitable music director and the latest buzz is that top Tamil composer Anirudh has joined the project.
Though Anirudh is busy with several Tamil and Telugu films, he was impressed with Toxic and agreed to compose the music. This film also marks Anirudh’s debut in Kannada cinema.
Toxic is being shot in both Telugu and Kannada and will be dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. The film is directed by Geetu Mohandas and produced by KVN Productions.
Kiara Advani plays the female lead, while Nayanthara plays a key role.
