Anirudh Ravichander is currently enjoying the top position in the Tamil Industry, in terms of music direction. The music director has delivered several blockbuster albums so far, and cintunues to do so. Anirudh made his much awaited debut in Tollywood with Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyathavaasi, in 2018, and while the album was a chartbuster, the movie disappointed everyone, which hampered with Anirudh’s future projects in Tollywood.
While Airduh scored music for other films in Tollywood, like Jersey and Gangleader, he was never again approached for a big ticket movie, until recently. Anirudh has been roped in to score the music for Koratala Siva’s film with NTR, which will be NTR’s 30th film, and also his immediate follow up to RRR. Pooja Hegde has been roped in as the leading lady of the film, which will be produced under the Yuvasudha Arts banner and NTR Arts banner.
It is being said that Anirudh has already started working on the project, whih will start rolling very soon, after NTR and Kortala are free from their current commitments. On the other hand, RRR is currently scheduled to be released on October 13th, while sources say that the film will be postponed to 2022, and it is being said that Acharya would be released for Dussehra.
