Angamaly Diaries have become the National Sensation with many filmmakers and critics praising the movie to moon and back. Many are trying to find it on social media to experience the flavour of the new age crime drama. Well, the movie did not have any stars and it promised to still be a cult in Malayalam Cinema. Such a film, is being remade in Telugu and young Vishwak Sen has been confirmed as the lead.
Other than him, the team is looking for almost 80 new actors to debut on screen and most of them are being auditioned by producers as we speak. The production team is also looking for a director and there are hopeful of finding a better one as soon as possible. The team wants to adapt the movie to Telugu Nativity and also want to keep the original’s rough look intact. Vanmaye Creations are producing the movie and they have already started shooting with few scenes on the principle cast. But once they find the director they will take on the movie to sets in fast forward motion.
Actor VIswak Sen confirmed this and he revealed, “ The movie will be adapted to Telugu sensibilities and rooted in Hyderabad. The story will try to reflect on the gangster culture of the city and also will be very interestingly realistic.” The producers are still looking out for actors and anyone can try their luck!
