Anant Ambani shocks World With Drastic 108kg Weight Loss

Anant made a self-commitment to lose weight naturally and safely.

The youngest son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani – Anant Ambani, shocked everyone when he showed up at the ongoing IPL matches a whopping 108kgs lighter! The 21-year-old, who was battling medicine-induced obesity, left everybody stunned with his lean new physique.

His road to weight loss was a long and slow one, but it was worth it. Anant made a self-commitment to lose weight naturally and safely, over a period of 18 months. According to reports, he followed a very strict diet and exercised for about five-six hours daily.

As a child, Anant suffered from chronic asthma and his heavy medication lead to the drastic weight gain. Determined to lose weight before his 21st birthday, followed a rigorous exercise regime and a very strict zero sugar and low carb diet. A part of his exercise routine also included long walks, yoga, high-intensity cardio exercises to name a few.
