Hero Vijay Deverakonda’s younger brother Anand Deverakonda’s upcoming film, Pushpaka Vimanam has most wrapped up its shooting part. Being directed by debutant Damodara, the team has already kick-started the promotions and unveiled Silakaa song from the audio album. Geeth Saini and Saanve Megghana are playing the female leads in this fun family entertainer.
Now, the latest buzz circulating among media circles is that Pushpaka Vimanam is likely to skip its theatrical release and opt for a direct digital outing. Reportedly, the makers are in talks with the popular streaming platform Amazon Prime for the same. It is well-known that even Anand Deverakonda’s previous film, Middle Class Melodies had a direct OTT streaming on Amazon Prime Video last year and received positive feedback from all quarters.
While Vijay Deverakonda presents the movie, his father Govardhana Rao Deverakonda is bankrolling Pushpaka Vimanam in association with Vijay Mattapally and Pradeep Errabelly.
