Sumanth may not be a star hero, but he has more repeat-watch films than many of his peers. His latest film, Anaganaga, now streaming on ETV Win, impressed with its emotional trailer. Let’s see how the film holds up!

Anaganaga Review

Story: Vyas (Sumanth) disagrees with the current education system. He believes learning should be joyful and memorable, not forced. Though his methods are meaningful, they aren’t accepted by most schools, and he gets removed from many. His son Ram (Viharsh Yadavalli) supports his ideas, but even his mother disagrees and publicly calls him a failure at a school event.

Anaganaga tells the story of how Vyas helps children labeled as failures regain their confidence and transform into successful students. It’s an emotional and inspiring take on how education can be made more meaningful.

Performances: Sumanth shines as Vyas, a teacher with depth and emotion. His performance is heartfelt and relatable. Kajal Chaudhary fits her role perfectly, showing good emotional range. Viharsh Yadavalli impresses as Ram, especially in emotional scenes.

Rakesh Rachakonda delivers a solid performance in a responsible role. Srinivas Avasarala plays a non-villain role that highlights flaws in the education system with subtlety. The child actors also act naturally, adding charm to the film.

Technical Aspects: Cinematographer Pavan Kumar Pappula gave Anaganaga a rich look despite a limited budget. His visuals, color tone, and lighting enhanced the film’s emotional depth. Chandu Ravi’s background score adds heart to key moments, even if there are minor gaps.

Director Sunny Sanjay handled a big responsibility well. Though the film touches on themes seen in Taare Zameen Par or Pasanga 2, he gave it a fresh and emotional touch through a father-son story. More importantly, he offered a simple yet powerful solution, teaching through stories up to 7th grade to reduce pressure on children.

Analysis: Anaganaga is a heartwarming film that talks about parenting, understanding children, and improving education in a simple, emotional way. Despite a few minor flaws, Sumanth’s performance and Sunny Sanjay’s direction stand out.

Verdict: Anaganaga is a touching and meaningful film with strong performances and sensitive direction. It offers valuable lessons for parents and presents emotions naturally. Despite minor flaws, it’s a heartfelt watch that the whole family can enjoy.

Bottom Line: Heartfelt family film with valuable lessons.

Rating: 3/5
