Megastar Chiranjeevi’s highly anticipated film, Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva, is all set for a grand release on April 29th. The film’s trailer was also released recently, which only increased the expectations on the film, which also features Ram Charan in a key role, where he would be seen alongside his father for the first time, in a role that is not a guest appearance.
While the pre-release event date hasn’t been announced yet, for the film, it is now being said that none other than Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would be the chief guest for the film’s pre-release event. Given that the film is produced by famous lawyer Niranjan Reddy, who was the advocate for Jagan in the disproportionate assets case, and his close ties with Jagan’s family, it is being said that Reddy has convinced the CM to attend the pre-release event.
If Jagan manages to attend the event finally, then it would also put an end to the general opinion that Jagan is against the film fraternity, as he doesn’t associate himself with anything related to the entertainment industry. On the other hand, Acharya also has Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady, while Pooja Hegde will be seen opposite Ram Charan.
