An interesting fourth film in the cards for Boyapati and Balayya

The combination of Boyapati and Balakrishna is a formidable one, and it was recently proved with the roaring success of Akhanda, which exceeded the audience’s expectations and became one of the biggest hits of 2021, and the best in Balayya’s career so far.

Akhanda marked the third film between Balyya and Boyapati after their super successful films in the past, such as Simha and Legend. Naturally, the expectations on Akhanda were massive, but the film very well managed to surpass those expectations and become a blockbuster. Now, director Boyapati has revealed in a recent interaction that he is planning a sequel to Akhanda, while he didn’t reveal any more details about the same.

On the other hand, Akhanda’s background music, scored by SS Thaman, has been highly praised by everyone, with the bgm turning out to be the backbone of the film. Akhanda featured Srikanth as the antagonist, while Pragya Jaiswal was the leading lady, and Poorna played an important role.
